I am new to this so please bear with me!!
I have a 2006 3.0d X5 (E53) Special Edition and have been looking into the idea of retro fitting a Voice Recognition module, I have been on to realoem.com, found the part etc and all looking good utill I went to the boot and tried to find the blue plug to fit it???
I've had a look on most forums and they all say different things about it.
My car has bluetooth and on the nav screen it comes up with BMW assist. Most forums say that if I hold down the button on the steering wheel it should beep and I can use the phone functions but I get nothing!!
If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it
