Personally I wouldnt accept it in that condition and get a detailer to sort it out at the stealers expense.

I am gutted was sort of our Christmas present its all a bit flat now think I am going to walk away just gutted as I am working Christmas Day etc so not happy

Spoke to a detailer but not happy to take it on when the sale depends on the outcome of his work

That really sucks and I feel for you.  This is a basic error in this day and age and in my mind shows a complete lack of respect to you, the customer.  If you can get by without taking the car then do it, it's no more then they deserve, even if you go to another dealer to order the same car again.

Not good.  My X6 had a dreadful finish at delivery but the dealer (who has a specialist body shop on site) realky did a very good job sorting it out.  It was perfect once fixed.

The paint job on my new Skoda was much much better than and I have seen in recent new Beemers which says a lot for the BMWs 'ostrich feather' paint plants.  The Skoda has no sign of orange peel whereas the X6 looked like a fruit orchard  >:(

I think you have to give the Dealer a chance to rectify the errors before you can reject now.  I saw a comment on line about the new Sale of Goods Act changes that came into force last month I think.  A cr8p way to start Xmas though.  Very disappointed for you.

Easy then......build me another one :)

Except of course it isn't that easy because of the disappointment and hassle you now face.  I did get a free 5-year service plan added with mine because of the issues.

When all said and done its you hard earned money as above if you have to give them a chance to sort it let them but if your not 100% happy then reject it.
