E83 LCI front side light

Has anyone changed the sidelight bulb on the front? ( not angel eye )
It is in the main beam housing but I am unable to get my hand or fingers in sufficiently to get at the bulb holder.
Also is the holder a push fit or does it twist?
Unable to find any info on the net.
