Why a vote?  You need to test the battery voltage and charging voltage to make sure they are now correct for the battery type fitted.

You need to check the car goes to sleep and it isn't a module keeping it awake.  Was the FSR/hedgehog new, genuine, pattern or second hand?  It may be faulty hence now causing an issue.  Was the FSR the cause?  What wasn't working?

If you changed the battery you MUST recode the car.  You will need to buy a device such as a Carly adapter and software application, or take it to a dealer.  It cannot be done without tools/software.

Are there any errors showing under the iDrive car status system?  It only shows a few so a trip to a properly equipped workshop might be needed to find what the cause is.
