hi guys, just bought a 2005 3l diesel auto
how do i find out what it is e50 or whatever.

E53 facelift

put the last 7 digits of your VIN in :-
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/select
and it will show you the details there

its a sport.

took it for a test drive last saturday.
cant wait to get back in it!!
