Advice wanted Re: best reversing camera

Bought my 1st X% last week - 2005 4.8is - really fancy a reversing camera, seems like lots of eBay options but I've no experience of such cameras so would value opinions about which type is best and straight forward to install (skill level required etc) - I'm no DIYer but have a friend who's installed plenty on motor homes/trailers previously
