So whilst on vacation in the US I decide to order new X5 M S63 4.4 which will be available upon return.

My current X5 40d will be used as part exchange but thought I'd offer it up on here first as I'm sure BMW will add 5k once on the forecourt.

It's in great condition and fully loaded with 52,000 miles. Owned from new.

Location: Newcastle

Price as per dealer offering £27,750

No finance outstanding.

I can also through in the original set of alloys and tyres.

I will add more info/photos etc once I return to the uk next week.

Feel free to ping me an email mark.cummings@outlook.com

Hi Mark,

Congrats on the new purchase.  It may help others if you can post the spec of your current car as fully loaded can mean different things to different people. Unless of course it is truly fully loaded with all options ticked.

It's is a great spec and fabulous car. Just hope the upgrade matches the performance and comforts of the 40d.

Yes, that's a very good spec, however I feel the trade in maybe generous as my 2011 X6 40d had a very good spec including HUD and was traded in for £25k with 43k on the clock in January. As it took the dealer months to move on and dropped their original asking price of £29k to a final £26.5k I would say he paid too much for my car.

It is not unusual for dealers to hype up the trade in value rather than show a discount on a new car.

Thanks for the info Don. Tbh I've done no research on the selling price and just matched what the dealer offered.

Its more likely to go to the dealer unless someone fancies it [emoji6]

It most likely has been bumped up a bit for the deal but it's still a decent price for that car in a private sale.  I bought one in March and I'm looking for one for my mate just now, the dealer prices have remained really strong for these, especially with spec like this one.

Not a bad spec I guess, I have all that plus soft close doors, all around cameras and HUD  ;)

So, almost fully loaded....

Good luck and have a free bump.

A lot to be said buying from someone who cares for their car rather than a dealer with no idea how it was treated before.

Looking forward to seeing pics of the new ride when it arrives

Hmmm, not sure if the rear seat entertainment was required........surly being driven around in an X5M is all the entertainment that's required.  ;)
