How To Change Halo Bulbs Facelift E53

Hi guys
I have a facelift 4.4i sport X5 E53 and my headlight halos have stopped working so need to replace them. Looking at getting a LED kit, any recommendations would be much appreciated.
Anyway I looked underneath the bonnet and it looks quite tight in there. I take it to get to the drivers side halo I will need to remove the airbox but where do I start with the passenger side?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

I changed mine to LEDS but did not have to change anything to get to them though?

It's more about access to the rear of the headlights is my main problem. There just doesn't seem to be much room there to get in and change the bulbs.
Have you got a link to the LEDS you brought.

Thanks mate will get them ordered. But do the headlights need to come out to get access to replace the bulb on a facelift x5 4.4i?

No they don't buddy. The one is easier as you say. The other you can squeeze your hand in there and do it by touch from memory (I'll take a quick look when my wife gets back with ours). Otherwise I think I may have undone the coolant tank to move it out the way a touch.

Checked and as thought the passenger side one you can undo the coolant tank and slightly move it out the way to gain more access.
