Hi all, been lurking and reading the forum for a few weeks but thought it was time I joined up.
Currently the mrs has a 2.0d SE X3 that we've had for the past 3 years which has been supprisingly the best BMW we've owned over the years.
Its been hammered by the mrs, kids and many trips to the tip and has been mega reliable and still going strong.
Anyhow its going at the weekend and i'm picking up a 2008 X5 3.0d in Space Grey, decent spec with media, dynamic pack, elec seats and 20" Y spoke alloys.
Here's hoping it will be as reliable as the X3.

I've got a few questions I need to ask so will post in the relevant section and hope to contribute along the way.

Picked the car up from Rybrook in Warwick yesterday.
Fantastic car, service from Rybrook was the best i've had when buying a car.
X3 and X5 worlds apart in every way.

Is this garage Damon Hill's old one which he bought back in 2001?
