Hello All,
In the short time I've had the car, its been in the dealership a fair bit being sorted.
All done, except each time it comes back there is damage to it.
So far, its picked up a scratch on the drivers wood trim and a dent as if someone dropped a screwdriver on the auto box aluminium plate on centre console.
How do you deal with these / approach dealer?

Dealer Damage
Re: Dealer Damage
Tell the Dealer to fix it, but try to pick them up before taking the car off their forecourt. Makes for less argument and they can find the oik that did it. >:(

Re: Dealer Damage
Indeed, I also take pictures before the car goes in.
My E53 had a boot resprayed, both rear lights replaced, the bumper resprayed and a wheel refurbed from a single visit!
The spare wheel had been rolled over the bumper against both (!) rear lights when replacing the tyre, and a wheel had been kerbed in the car park.
Pictures showing the car without damage (each wheel taken a picture as well as sides and rear etc) made them sort it all.
