Paintless dent repair carried out with great results on the X5

Well I had 2 dents on my new X5 that wound me right up as every time I looked at it that's all I could focus on,
There was one each side weirdly in the same place on both the rear doors and at the top just behind the front doors but they weren't your normal door dings they were where someone had pushed against the car looking like someone had pushed against the back door as the opened the front doors.
Anyway I've used the same dent man (Phill) for the past 10 years on probably 25+ cars and he's never failed to amaze me as to what he can do.
Here's the dent in the drivers side rear door It's very shallow but in just the wrong place that when it catches your eye it looks terrible:

and here's a direct before and after the amazing thing was he couldn't access the dent from behind as there's a strengthening bar in the way so he had to do all the work from the outside:
