2002 x5 upper and lower tailgate replacement

hi all i have been asked to replace upper and lower tailgates on 2002 model x5 due to originals being damaged i have been offered required parts the donor vehicle being an 04/05 model could anyone help or advise as to whether donor parts will fit ??????????
