2002 x5 upper and lower tailgate replacement

hi all i have been asked to replace upper and lower tailgates on 2002 model x5 due to originals being damaged i have been offered required parts the donor vehicle being an 04/05 model could anyone help or advise as to whether donor parts will fit ??????????

Should be OK..
But check on Realoem for matching part numbers...

The bearded one is not Mr Kaufmann i take it????
