Around here he would have been flattened as 30mph is far too slow for local minicabs!

Dreadfully stupid driver of the parked car, but great reaction from the cabdriver.
His response on Twitter was a little silly though, assuming an Über driver wouldn't have been able to stop in time to save the cyclist.
Using this incident to badmouth Über.
