Any dealer should be happy to look at an AUC car as they invoice the AUC warranty program for the work.
Good luck

What happened to the check, check and check again?
The car should not have been sold with a faulty parking brake system! Another 'not so good' AUC car! Dealers rely on the warranty insurers to pay the bills instead of sorting it properly in advance. >:(

Thats shocking. I think the previous owner saw these defects and thought great time to upgrade down to the dealer who probably didn't check, check and check again and bunged it straight onto the forecourt with the AUC label on it...
It would boil my piss if this was used and I hadnt checked it myself when buying but from a dealer? This is becoming a repeating story from AUC's.

You MUST get these fixed by the supplying dealer, AUC will not cover you as it is a Pre Delivery Inspection issue.
I discovered a load of things wrong on my car three weeks after I picked it up from Barons. They sent car and driver to my office, took my car away, left me a 5 series with 200 miles on clock, fixed it and drove it back to me - two weeks later. Local dealer in Cardiff wouldn't touch it and said supplying dealer had to sort pre delivery issues. There were two pages of them from ripped interior trim, poor paintwork, to leaking doors and gearbox mods. They did them all. You have 30 days and 1000 miles to reject an AUC for fixes that can't be completed correctly...
I'm sure dealers do no PDI and wait to see if the customer notices - if not they save a few quid.
