My Door Handle again

Went to open my door and the handle at the front has come away.
I replaced the internal mechanism about 6 weeks ago and I noted then the the front cleats (for want of a better word) didnt sit properly into the mechanism.
Am I right in saying that I require a new handle now?
If so where do I get a new Le Mans Blue
Thanks Guys.

I may be wrong, and I'm sure others will correct me if I am, but when this happened to me as shown in the photo it was the new carrier internally that was required, not the handle. appreciate you say you fitted it not to so long ago,and Id certainly expect it to last way longer than that, but perhaps you haven't fitted it 100% correctly?
If you know how to fit the carrier then take the door card off and have a look and see whats going on in there before you rush off to buy a handle

I had this when I changed a door handle carrier, it's like you said the cleats wear and don't hold handle...
The little bodge was to drill a hole in the plastic and put a self tapper screw and washer and tighten to door carrier, you can get to it easy with door card and airbag out,

Just to add....when I did one on my car using a guide from here I noted that the handle is plastic and the carrier metal. The carrier is tending to pull the handle inwards so when you come to remove it (by rotating it) you have to be wary of chewing away the cleats. Unscrewing all the screws is one thing but some pressure from behind the carrier behind allows the handle to be rotated without chewing the cleats away
