Before
During taking larger panels out and removing leaves
After
But I found a loose screw, assuming one is missing, but what is it for?

Looks good - did you use any fancy cleaners? Or was it mostly elbow grease?

Wanted to get the Hoover on it but didn't want to disturb the row of kids in our cul de sac last night
So was bilt hamber sufex de greaser and a brush
Wipe down with damp cloth but the cloth had a bit of aerospace 303 on it which have it bit of a finish
It's a start and means easier to keep clean going forward

Looks good !!!!!
I've just starting using the Bilt Hamber wheel cleaner , never been a fan of wheel cleaners but the X6M suffers from severely stubborn brake dust >:(
Must say , it's an amazing product !!!!! Looks like I need some of their de-greaser too !
Gave my mates golf R a mini-detail today , nearly killed me it was so damn hot outside

I like bilt hamber products
No flashy labelling or names; just functional products

How long did it take you? I am looking to clean the engine bay on both our cars. Everything I have read says to just a degreaser and a hose or pressure washer but I don't think I have the gonads to do that. I am too afraid that I will fry some electrical circuitry.
I am looking to spend a weekend detailing the X5, have been looking at lots of interesting youtube videos on the subject (Ammo NYC). Its not cheap if you buy all the products though.

Didn't take me long but it's my first stab and so I can go back and do little bits at a time
Worth taking the bits off which means easier to clean as not in engine Bay Area and clear out any gunk or leaves
Literally degreaser, brush, old microfibre cloth damp to wipe over
But probably spent 45 mins one nice evening

Wd40 finish is good but durability is no good
