hi guys just put deposit down on a x5 today on further reading which model is this e53 or e70?

Very early one
Did you check which emission band this fell in
Early ones fell into a higher RFL band
May not bother you

Same spec as mine except I've got the 7 seater, mine falls into the higher tax band.
I think any E70 built before September will pay the extra
