Anyone have Thule roof bars for their E70 SE?

I need to buy a pair of square bars for my X5 SE (it has the raised bars with a gap between the bar and bodywork) compared with the Sport model which I believe has flush fitting bars.

My problem is, I cannot find definitive information online as to which is the shortest length of bar I can get away with without having too much overhang.

Some places seem to say 135cm, others state the 127cm length bars will fit.

Does anyone have a similar setup which they could measure for me please?

That is one of the sources I've seen which suggests 135cm bars, but others are stating 127cm.
Will keep looking but if anyone has any, I'd be grateful to know what you have.
