X6 35D dynamic 2008 (58) Black/Black

I am looking to sell our X6. 35D Dynamic (Diesel twin turbo).
It is a September 58 Reg
with 53,000 miles full main dealer SH and no servicing required for approx 1 year still.
I think I am the 4th or 5th owner.
We bought it last June (2014) from a BMW Main dealer. It still has the balance of Warranty and Breakdown cover till June 2016, and 12 months MOT
The car has a pretty good spec and no damage or dents or scuffs. Tyres and brakes etc are all good with probably at least 5mm on all the tyres which are all premium and same brand.
Will take £21,995 for it.
It has Black electric leather sports seats with driver memory pack
Sunroof
Black Roof rails
Upgraded hifi
Dynamic pack (sports seats, running boards etc)
folding mirrors
Heated seats
Reversing camera
Cube aluminium interior
Pro Nav inc bluetooth connectivity
4 zone AC
Adaptive Xenons
Powered bootlid
20" Gloss black wheels with wider rears (I think they are 315's on the rear)
probably a few other options that I have forgotten.
Road tax on this car is around £280 for 12 months
The car is in really nice condition. with both keys and all associated paperwork you would expect. As above, it still has 12 months of approved used BMW warranty for peace of mind.
