One xenon stays off

Hi guys.

My o/s xenon won't reignite if I turn off and back on  .... I have to wait around a minute. Sometimes it will reignite sometimes it won't for a while. N/S works every time. Anybody had this.

Most probably the lamp failing.

Discharge lamps tend not to reignite when warm if on the way out.

Easy test is to swap lamps over and see if fault follows it.
If not then would be the ballast on its way..

I will try swapping bulbs then .... Ballast was my first reaction, i Was worried it was a big wiring issue.
