Summer/Winter wheel swaps at dealers

Does anyone else have problems with the main franchised dealers in getting the wheels swapped and stored ?

I only bought a set of winters in January and the dealer in Sheffield seems very reluctant to arrange storage. They also don't provide a receipt and condition report for the wheels they have taken off and despatched (eventually) for storage. I just had my summers put on but to cap it all the dealer rang me last week and left a message to say what did I want to do with my other set - 10 days after they were taken off and supposedly despatched the the main BMW storage facility !

Not had any issues with mine.  I always get a receipt and report as they do a 90 minute 'safety check' as part of the process every time.  Been that way for the last 4 years.

I've stored and swapped wheels for the past 4 years at a main dealer ..... never had an issue.
