Could be loss of the signal for some reason? Was RTTI showing on your nav screen or TMC?
Or perhaps the BMW servers have collapsed?

Subscription valid? Is it part of the Connected Drive package, but then you haven't had the car three years so it should be fine...puzzled ???
Is the 'Software Update' function greyed out? If so that apparently shows a signal problem as it's all done via the same BMW mobile SIM/ConnectedDrive Unit.

Ahh, it's called 'customer beta testing'. Don't test in house, get the customer to do it without telling them and only fix the busted ones!

It's a good system. I have it on my (much cheaper) Garmin unit that I use in hire cars. Coupled with DAB T traffic it's much faster than TMC in terms of updates.
If it comes as an option for my (non BMW) new car I will defo add it on.

Just checked mine and I'm also one of the small number whose online widgets have gone down. So that's the wheels the widgets and the heated rear window not going off. time to call the dealer.

Oh dear that's a bit of a list forming I can see a good will gesture needs to be asked for or should I say demanded always worth asking for the inconvenience

Oh dear, I noticed that the space on my screen where the widgets normally appear said "No data available" or something the other day. Does that fit the description of this fault?
