Hi.
Can somebody help,
Im looking at removing the brushed alloy trim from around the windows on my car, as ive seen a few with shadowline trim, and like the look of it.
How easy is it to remove.? Without damaging anything.
So i can either get a set of shadowline trim or paint / wrap, my alloy trim.
Ta.

Surely a good car wrap company can do this without removing it?

I would be worried about bending or snapping it..  but i have fists of ham.

Yeah I have wrapped the shadow line trim with gloss black on my e39. Quite easy, held up well, looked perfect. I'd suggest that route as its 100% reversible in case the next buyer prefers otherwise

Done this on mine, its pretty easy.

Front and rear trims can be trimmed in situ. But for better access I removed the wing mirrors.
Rear quarter trim will come off without any fuss, which makes it very easy to trim.

I did both sides in just under 5 hours.
