just wondering if E70 wheels will fit an E53 sorry if this question has already been asked  :-[

I've seen E70 wheels on the E53 a few times! So assuming they go on fine! 

Yes they will fit but you will need to use spigot rings to reduce the bore size (E70 has 74.1) to the correct 72.6 for the E53.

E71 (X6) rims will also fit but you only need spigot rings from the front wheels.

Hi just be carefully as there are two different offsets used on the E70 , I bought a set of style 213 E70 wheels fronts fit but rears caught the inner arch had to buy 20mm spacers for the rears , then insurance said that it was cancelling the insurance as it didn't allow spacers . M sport wheels are different rear offset so they fit with spigot rings .
As Raj said no problem with X6 wheels apart from the spigot rings on the front .
