Rear suspension

'08 3.0 SD purchased in August from BMW dealer. Rear suspension failed in a matter of days (poor PDI probably); fixed under warranty. It's now failed again. Sinking overnight. Just started it up and it's now higher one side than the other. Grrrrr!! Car booked in to be looked at, but the first date they have a courtesy car is 23 March.... Irritating!
