Post Purchase Damage Discovered

If I have driven my used car purchase home after buying it from a BMW AUC and then notice damage to one of the door cards inside, have I any rights to request it rectified? The damage having been missed by me, the salesman and the multi check guys.

All you can do is try it and see what they say. A lot will play, some won't.

I would phone and speak to the sales manager, normally the tech will report it on the odd occasion us techs can miss the odd little mark, we are human. :noexpression: or it can be a case that it was reported and not repaired. But I didn't tell you that.

I would say that I pointed it out to the salesman when viewing the car, but he obviously didn't hear you so the job never got taken care of............... .
