2010 X5 Xdrive40d M Sport for sale

AW8 has given me permission for this advert 
Considering selling my X5 as wife is getting a company car soon. I have a porsche panamera which is also for sale. one has to go!
Its a 2010 60 Plate 40d Msport in carbon black with black leather. 74k miles
Was poorly prepped by the dealer when i got it, so has had all sorts done now and is spot on. bought from Cooper BMW september 2014. Im the second owner.
fully correction detailed a few weeks ago cost £500! Got the dealer to cough up for that!
Brand new gearbox fitted by BMW in december, as old one had a slip/bump in 1st gear which turned out to be one of the clutches in the box knakered.
All 4 tyres are less than 3k miles old, all bridgestone run flats, 333m wheels refurbed in december by dealer (all ferric grey) new centre caps also
Unmarked paintwork except some stone chips
New rear bumper by dealer as old one raised in middle
74K miles with full cooper bmw service history, last done at 71k
Drives brilliant, no issues at all
BMW warranty until Send of september 2015

Towbar and increased towing capacity
DAB radio
Adaptive lights
High beam assist
Lumbar support on front seats
high gloss shadow line trim around windows

It has some outstanding finance with bmw which will need settled before car is released. Last time i did this the buyer transferred me the money, i rang bmw paid it off and bmw gave the buyer clearance there and then and he took the car away no issues.
