Afternoon,

I finally got some time today (with family away) to replace PRV, coolant temp sensor and pollen / air filter. While adjusting the air filter column i noticed an excessive amount of oil around the left bank (cyl. 1-4) and next to the engine oil cap.

I will replace both rocker cover gaskets over next couple of weeks but i'd likeImage to know what is this part used for (pics attached)? Cheers

It's vacuum pump for your brakes, replace hose clip on it. As for gaskets go for Elring or Victor reinz.
