Rear headrest removal?

can anyone let me know how to remove the rear headrests from my 05 (side ones)

Hi - I had this when I was fitting a boot liner. Theres only brute strength Im afraid. Push the head rest all the way down and in one movement give it a good heave upwards and it'll pop out. Mine where a bugger, was convinced there must be a button or something

lol, yep i know. its not just that they're stiff, but they come to an abrupt halt when you pull them up to their full height, so you end up conviced its banging up against something!
