calibration

hi folks, just bought a recon trans box for my 04 x3, vendor said it will req recalibrating, how or what does this mean, and who will do it, rgdsdave

The car may need to 'learn' it and the XDrive will need to be taught the limits for the clutches I think. BMW Dealer or Indy specialist.
