3D Sat Nag Views ??? 2004 E53 Diesel

Hi people,

I saw on an E70 posting it is (in theory) possible to enhance the views of the Sat-Nag unit to give  3D viewing with a bit of jiggery pokery...

I tried it on my E53 2004 diesel.... but it wouldn't work...

Any body got any ideas on this, maybe I simply buggered the setting process some how...
But..
Is it possible for a 3D view on this model ?

You can get a 'perspective' view as long as you have the updated firmware.  Look for it on the web as I can't remember how you select it.  It might be under 'Set'.

Did this work? I'm having the same issues and just updated to the V32 version.  :-[
