Hey guys

I have this Parrot kit installed into the x5 and was wondering is there a way of connecting this to the iPhone 5s ?? Is it just a case of getting a cable to fit on to the existing cable built in to fit on to the iPhone

Thanks guys

That Parrot looks like a ct3100 which I thought was connected via Bluetooth . The cable is different but so is the length of the 5s, it's longer than the 4s so it wouldn't fit in the cradle either.

Wasn't sure about Bluetooth just never tried it to be honest, yes I was wondering if there is an attachment I can convert the original cable and on the other end it fits the iPhone yes I no the phone won't fit in the cradle but could just sit it else where I'm guessing also it can only used as a phone only or does it connect up to the nav system and can play music ect

The lead will be just for charging the phone then and won't need to be integrated to the parrot. Cheapest option just use you standard charger lead with a cig lighter USB adapter.
Just pair your 5s with the parrot via settings/ blootoooth search for devices, when the ignition has just been turned on.
Parrot can only have so many devices in its pairing list so check you don't have to delete old phones from the list first.
If you want a dedicated charger / cradle check EBay  :) there is adapters to convert 4s leads to 5s Lightning

Glad you got it sorted, the parrot CK 3100 was always my weapon of choice to use in my vans, got VW caddy now with factoy btooth but prefer the parrot. The next model up streams music, but a lot dearer.
Still Parrot better than most for sound quality and ease of use.

Your first picture shows the Motorola V50 release box that came with the car. Still have mine in the garage somewhere, I upgraded mine to the BMW bluetooth (a simple but fiddly job) and contrary to some have had no connection issues even my sons new Iphone 6 connects.
