Bluetooth and Samsung galaxy S4 mini.....

Been having a few challenges with the connecting of my phone to the car Bluetooth system.
I can pair both units together and it connects ok.
But if I turn the car off , then turn back on, the phone and car doesn't connect... There still paired , but wont connect automatically...
Ive tried de-pairing and re-pairing both , but they still wont connect once ive turned the car off, and back on again....
Am I doing anything wrong.??
Its getting frustrating now... ::)
