Car shuddering from the front whilst cornering and accelerating at the same time

Hi.
I've been having an issue with my X5 for the last 6 months. It's just inside it's warranty and it is currently at the dealer (second time around now) to try and correct this issue and they still haven't found the cause. I have looked through the problems reported on this site and I cannot find anyone reporting a similar issue on this vehicle.
At the moment, the car is shuddering when accelerating and cornering at the same time. It usually occurs when parking and can be sometimes felt when going around a roundabout as well. The shuddering can be felt through the floor and through the steering wheel. It is usually worse when the car has been warmed up and this issue has been getting much worse over the last 6 months. The other thing that I have just noticed is that we fitted 2 new front tyres just under 4 months ago and we are already down to 4mm tread depth. This is after covering just 3,000 miles. This is excessive wear for sure.
So far the dealer has replaced the front drive shaft although this only improved it slightly. This was done on the last visit. Tomorrow they are about to replace the front drop links as there is a little bit of play although I am not convinced that this will correct the issue.
Has anyone had a similar issue?
Thanks
Steve
