Pretty sure mine is just green with no pressures on it. Is yours the same? I've never had issues with the tyre pressure on the X5, but I've got it on my Golf too and it is the same there, no actual pressures displayed - it just beeps and flashes up a message in the dash if the pressure drops. I then just put air in and reset the TPMS. I would assume it's the same for the X5.

My old Touareg used to show the pressures for each tyre. Was quite handy.

Mine shows pressures and you can select the display unit too (bar or PSI). Don't bother with PSI though as the door card only show inflation pressure in bar !

Think the later f15 have the whole pressure thing but the early ones only have the green display

Makes sense re. early ones...I picked mine up on launch night last November. Getting a bit peed off hearing about all these wee improvements introduced in the months after launch; I heard the instrument cluster is all LCD/digital (like the Range Rover) as standard now? That one really annoyed me!

Same thing happened with the E70 and E71. New iDrives, new functions, new Comms systems all within a few months. Then new versions that could not be retrofitted despite BMW saying they would be and then changing their minds.
I guess it's how all manufacturers sell cars.

I think the LCD dash was available if you specified the HUD at the time mine was ordered in MAR 2014. The latest version has it as an option without the HUD I believe. There have been a few reports of the displays going blank on the RRS so at least with an old fashioned analogue system you will know how fast you're going to hit the tree when the techie systems fail.
