Are there two different air filters?

Looking at euro car parts
They list two different shape/ size

Which is right?

First one is the single turbo 3.0D

Second one is the twin turbo 3.0SD.

Always worth looking at Realoem on line to get your vehicle by putting the last 7-characters of your VIN into the 'Serial Number' box.  Air filter comes under 'Fuel preparation'.

just looked on realoem and it looks like theres an additional for cars with 4 zone climate control too?

I have two pollen filters if that's what you mean?

not 100% sure, only saw on realoem it stating something different for those with 4 zone climate control

That's in the heating/air conditioning section and so if you have 4-zone you have two micro filters.  These are nothing to do with the engine air filter.

One is under the bonnet hidden below the scuttle cover panel and the other inside the car and a pain to get at!  There are a few bits that must come out in order to get to it.
