4.4 rear silences on 3.0

Long story short but a mate has the rear silences from his 4.4 e53.
Will these fit straight onto my 3.0 petrol?

Hi
They will fit straight on , I have fitted a set to my 3.0 I petrol.
The only thing you need to do is remove the trims from the rear bumper ( push fit) as the size of the dual 4.4 pipes will not fit through the original trim.
Nice cheap mod as the original 3.0i pipes are not the best looking.
The 4.4 boxes mount directly to the original 3.0 I center box
