Hello. Acquired a X5 3.0d Sport, registered Set 2006, in the unusual (?) colour 481 Kalahari Beige with Beige trim. Colour might not be to everyone s taste, but I was avoiding Black and Silver, and this colour is better than it sounds. Bit of glutton for punishment really with an existing 1999 E38 750iL and 2000 E46 cabrio. Issues found are aircon looking like a re-gas needed, and aux heater not functioning correctly (surprise)-posted under help. Twin axle air and pano roof working ok

Aircon regas is a quick and easy DIY.  These tend to lose around 15% a year if the system is not used regularly (I never turned mine off).

Nice colour combo too.  I thought very hard about Kalahari Beige on mine but bought Sterling Grey.  :-[
