Facelift X5 4.4 sport, FBMWSH , just had Insp 2, 59500 miles

Sadly I've been told my "spare" X5 which I kept after buying our new F15 has to go to make way for a new Z4 >:(
Demo plus 2 owners inc.me for the last 2 plus years plus since buying as a bmw approved with 40k , Under Extendable BMW warranty.
I've had 2 bmw franchise oil services, and an Inspection 2 all at same main dealer, insp 2 inc brake fluid was a few hundred miles ago, all green lights on service indicator, mot until June 2015, no advisories

It had a new bmw battery last December. Drop links replaced and has been running on Shell Vpower since I've had it.
Fitted with 18" bmw style 177 alloys inc spigot rings with 6mm plus Continental Winter contact tyres, wheels are as new, also comes with the original sport alloys newly refurbed, all with 3 mm plus Michelin Diamaris.
Great condition ,eg unworn steering wheel and gearshift , externally and internally great condition , valeted weekly, low rfl
In short a good un and cheap at 8k including the summer and winter wheels and tyres
