Bluetooth pre wired or not?

So I have a 2004 3.0d Sport with multifunction wheel that has all the phone buttons on it.  I do not have the phone cradle or pairing button in arm rest and have taken bottom off this panel to reveal no extra wiring.  How do I know if the car is pre wired?! 

I don't want to buy a ULF Bluetooth module and antenna only to find I have to put a whole new wiring loom in with mic etc up front. 

I could more easily just buy a Parrot. But if the mic and wiring is there it is nicer to retrofit a Bluetooth module from ebay and keep the dash un molested...

Anyone else been able to do a plug and play?  And how did you tell if you had the wiring and mic already in place?!!

Have a look and see if you have the microphone installed. Takes a couple of minutes max.
