Nice pictures Phil. Which version of Tom Tom is that as my info bar on the left has part of the numbers missing. They are slightly chopped off. Have you changed any DPI settings?

Sorted out the FM radio problem. It was the BMW end of the Fakra connector which was faulty. Got a new one fitted and it works a treat now. Thank god for that. Also the random booting has suddenly sorted itself out as well. Linked or coincidence???

Now I can finally say the Andrive unit is working very well.

Out of interest my standard radio reception seems to be going downhill. It's the same set up you had before the andrive. How easy was it to replace the Fakra plug and where did you get it from please?

I had trouble getting a fakra so I just had a standard din put on it and went straight into the back of the radio. A better job really as it was one less connector on the coax. If I  came to sell the car I would leave the Andrive unit in and give the buyer the BMW radio as well and let them have one fitted if they wanted to revert back to standard.

Thanks for the warning about the cheaper mimi, going to give that one a miss. I will go for an Andrive unit for sure, just need to wait for them to have a sale on, hopefully sometime soon.

Andrive may do a group discount if there is enough interest but Phil would have to confirm that.

Yes, we dont do cut price sales, but a group buy can be arranged. We could offer say £59.90 discount, or 10%. For 3 or more buyers

Once we have 5 orders, the wait should be around 2 weeks to prepare and build.
