Software upgrade..got a call to book car in. Anyone else recently?

Mine went in yesterday morning for the second attempt at the quality upgrade and they called at 1pm to say it still had 6 hours to go and had been running for 3 hours. Picking up 10 am today so hopefully 24 hours is enough!
They gave me a new 320d sport as a courtesy car. Nice drive but not sure about the new dash. Don't like the Sat Nav mounted on top of the dash, looks a bit cheap.
Software upgrade..got a call to book car in. Anyone else recently?

What my Dealer told me was that the time appears to be dependant upon whether there are 'other' upgrades that need doing at the same time. Mine had a number of other system upgrades due as it had not been serviced for almost two years. It took more than 12 hours.

Looks like it did something major this time as I lost most of my settings. They did warn me it might go back to factory default.

That pretty much matches my experience. Good thing the keys hold a lot...
