400D is good kit....   5D3 will have to come down in price anyway.  I want to get tother half up from the 50D and EF-S lenses to a 'full size' sensor.

Sanj, at a guess that might be a 16-35 zoom, or possibly wider prime lens EDIT 24-70 as below...just below a fisheye (to avoid distorting the picture).

London Eye was simply taken on a tripod late at night. The 911 may well have been taken as a straight photo and then mucked about with (can't remember to be honest).

The Loch photo was taken with a 24-70 2.8L and on a tripod plus ND filter.

Not sure if you know what they are (tell me to shut up if you do!), but in simple terms they allow a longer exposure because they are 'dark' filters. Good for taking shots of water for example and with a long exposure making the water look more 'liquid'

I'm by no means a good photographer but enjoy playing with the kit I've got.

Loch Lomond, great composition, a fantastic shot and would look great as a large canvas.

I think that's one of my favourite shots.

However, my company manufactures canvases but I've never for around to doing that one!

Very nice indeed Martin  What were Berry like to deal with clearly got a good deal but good overall? The 'Bug' is fab Got one aswell 2 years ago when I got my Touring, can't keep the kids off it
