Well, Chris @ Posh Leathers finally sent me some pics today. I've been waiting so long for these.....lol.

Stipped off the old covers:

So this is how they will look. Nothing too OTT. Just subtle enough to make a difference:

I think the leather will look spot on with the rest of the X. Subtle enough to not be in your face but different enough to be noticeable.......

Cheers...lol. It certainly is coming along now. Should be down London on Saturday for the final part of the rebuild and the interior installation.

As for the price, I can't really say unfortunately but what I would say is give Phil a call and mention me and the X5 and he will sort you out on the price.

I'm not after a re spray, mines pristine, just the front of the bonnet and front bumper, bloody stone chips.

I understand Raj has got himself a very good deal for exposing SCR's work on here and another modding website. Phil's background in the bodyshop world is very impressive as is the setup at SCR, they use top products to do the jobs and even had 3m visiting them when I was there last week (this used to be very unusual as 3M like Wurth used to be a little aloof back in the day). I'd expect to pay £250-300 for a proper job on front and back bumper thats removed and not resprayed in situ, but the price will also depend on the amount of damage and of course paint!

Finally the rebuild. You start to see how it's all going to turn out:

He he, I was fed up with how pitted the aluminium gets so gloss blacked them too.

Cheers. In all honesty I'm not 100% yet about the RB's either but think it will work with the whole theme. If not a new set will be added at a later date.

As for the seats, I am truly pleased with them as I had a lot of guys saying add a blue centre section but I didn't want it to stand out too much from factory.

Coming together well and spot on with the leathers a blue center may of been a bit too much, like your choice

Raj son....those side steps in black gloss...no no no no no no no You've done all this fantastic work and then you go and do this...it's criminal.
But, this is only my opinion, you could tell me to P&^% Off
