Well just visited the Tesla Store in Copenhagen. First impressions are that the car looks lovely. Low stance with a reassured confidence. Rear space was tight headroom wise. I'm just over 6' and but for the sunroof my head would have been touching the roof lining. It would have been a little tight having three adults in the rear at one time. Once in the front (passenger) I had to get the seat down as low as it would go and then adjust the seat back in a lowish rack to allow me to see comfortably through the windscreen.
Fit and finish seems good with a lovely sculptured feel and of course that screen. The boot huge and the front boot (frunk) would swallow more than enough for a weekend getaway.
So on the whole, a little surprised by the headroom issue, if only because I haven't heard anyone mention it before, but as the car has a low roofline yet battery pack in the floor I suppose a compromise was required. It certainly wouldn't put me off.

Had a chap charging a tesla next to me yesterday, absolutely stunning looking car, in blue with cream leather. Said the worst range he has had was 220 miles. Shame the leafs range is so crap

Was hoping for another silly deal, but so far diddly squat. Actually thinking I might have to get another one regardless, done 19k on this and still 5 months to go. We need a group upgrade.

I like the idea of an i3.....better running costs than my 4.6 V8 I'm sure and range prob isn't a huge difference!

So leaf deal coming to an end and the best I got for changing out is:-
Teckna 30kw, Metalic Paint
6k miles
£225 pm, no deposit (can put a deposit to reduce monthly if you wanted)
Anyone got anything better?

Was yours on a 2 year lease ? If you've done 19k so far, will you get hammered for going over the 6k per year?

Yes 2 year. I'm on 22.5k, if I returned car at the end of the deal I have to pay 10per mile excess charge over my 8k per year deal, if you take out another deal, the dealer just writes it off. Also these cars are in negative equity so they don't serve as any deposit on your next deal, however again Nissan are taking them back and writing of the the negative equity.

For those who are returning their cars, what are you guys doing about insurance? As I got my car on the 8th March, my insurance expires next week yet for some reason my lease expires April.
Does this also mean I have to get another annual service done and MOT? Sorry for the questions but this is all new to me.

Looks like the wife's Leaf is going back. He said he would be on to us with the next great deal, not heard anything yet. Might drop him a line. Anyway we are 6k per year and she is under that just, so all good. Apart from the fact I had to get the back quarter sprayed as four cameras not enough for wife she still managed to scrape it along the wall out the back!
