I was going to say, 'don't tempt him!'  But as pvr is halfway through plumbing in music as we type, I would say the beer fridge and LED TV are just around the corner.  >:D

Best keep schtum about the 3 car garage, upstairs gym and sauna being planned for our new place then.......

Oh and where's the Garagevac??  Don't buy the Dura branded one as it's just a sticky label on the Garagevac own brand one but at thrice the price......
