I too got logged out when I hit "home". I wondered if it was a cookie issue so I used a different browser and can't replicate it. Can you clear your cookies (or just delete the drivers one) and try again?
Thanks
Jim

Tried that, doesn't work. :noexpression:

mmm, very odd. I tried just that on my browser and it worked straight away. Are you accessing the site as xdrivers.co.uk as opposed to
www.xdrivers.co.uk? (not using an old bookmark or anything?)

I'm having a strange problem with navigation on multi page posts (and not sure if this has been mentioned here yet as I can't see certain pages because of the problem)
On a topic like this one, currently 5 pages, I can navigate to the 1st and last pages using the text at the bottom left that looks something like.... Pages: 1 ... 3 4 [5]
That works as before. Problem is, If i try to get to pages in the middle using the « previous next » text on the bottom right hand side, this skips through posts rather than pages?
Is it just me??

That's just a slightly different way the forum works. I have made a small tweak which means you should see all the page numbers now (apart from massive threads, but even then you should see more).
The previous/next buttons are like you said, next and previous threads as opposed to pages

Hi Jim,
Cleared browser history, added xdrivers.co.uk, not with www prefix - still same. Using Chrome on XP.
If that help?
Btw - you should have started on the bottle of wine by now!?! :hypo:

LOL, will keep looking for reasons it could be happening, I had a similar issue on another site a while ago and can't remember how it was resolved.
No wine yet, the sun's not over the yard arm... in fact the sun is nowhere to be seen today :'(

I cannot login on Firefox, just keep getting an error message telling me soory you can't log in please review your cookie settings. I have done, and they are just fine and I am able to view everything else and log in to every other forum I read or post on. I'm logging in on Opera at the moment as Chrome had the same issues, but I never use Opera and it would be a shame to never be able to access the forum again except as a guest...........

Can you delete your cookies on Firefox and Chrome? Seems odd, I am logged on with Chrome and Firefox now and it's working fine

Deleted the cookies, it makes no difference whatsoever except I've now lost all the automatic login info for the other sites I visit
Plus, when I go to the Home tab, I get kicked out, even on Opera, and have to login all over again
Not a great upgrade for me even if it looks very nice - looks like you planned on getting rid of some of us!!!
Meant to add, using Windows 7.

Ok, attempt to fix the cookie issue resulted in a bit of downtime there, sorry... what I ended up doing might have fixed it though, so please delete cookies and try again

Stop breaking it.........
What I found until this post where it works was ........
Firefox12 & IE9 - logins keep failing, but then after three attempts worked. Going to any thread logged me out.
iPad with IOS5.1 - login retained but posting results in 'Session Timed Out' so cannot post. Just going to try it again. This is FF12.

Just to clarify, when I say remove cookies you only need to remove the ones for drivers, not the whole lot
