				I have played Football Manager once, in 1998 on the PC.

				Horsham ~ 1 mile from train station, 4 bed detached with integrated garage, we bought it for £570k in oct 2013, exact same house on same road just sold for £600k, the area round here is developing rapidly so maybe prices are picking up a little.

My old mans office is a stones throw from the station 
Old building which he managed to extend somehow. Mixes old with new
