The Prophet was always a good bike iirc.
I started mtbing back in '86. Used to go and ride what are now trail centres long before that term even exisited
If I could only have 1 bike (ouch, the thought!) it would probably be my 29er HT actually as it does everything pretty well. I only got it late summer but every ride, despite my injury, was excellent.

FWIW a friend has one and likes it. He is more of a roadie so uses it mainly for light off road tbh.

First ride out yesterday on the M carbon still getting a lot of looks haven't bumped into any one else on one still an under rated bike for the money pleased I didn't go down the specs or cannondale route, no rain for a change , anybody else out & about ?
Bought a giant TCX 2 for winter different machine altogether , the M feels feather like compared with it . But ideal as a winter hack

U meant to say 'u all need to be shot'?
Lol
Have u seen those TFL adds saying 'cyclists ride in the middle of the lane in narrow roads, cars follow behind'?
I just love em

Off back to Glentress and Innerleithen for 3 or 4 days next month. The Prophets getting on a bit now but still a sweet ride n will take care of the downhills ok but really comes alive as an all dayer.

I've always wondered what the single fork set up is like. Is there much of a weight saving? Any noticeable flexing? It does look good.

Picked up a Carrera Subway a few weeks back and plan to get riding again. A friend of mine does a fair bit of off road track stuff so im going to give it a go. If I enjoy it I will upgrade to a decent spec and play.
Did the London to Brighton back in 2009. Loved it and made very good time IIRC.
